Shipping of orders

First of all, we ship worldwide. Where ever you are in the world we will do our best to ensure we can have your order delivered to you. The postage are charged as priced and are fully tracked, insured and require a signature upon receipt.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. During busy periods this can be a little longer. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipment.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays after items are dispatched. If you have any issues with shipments contact us asap.

We use Royal Mail services both here in the UK and internationally and your parcel will fall into one of the following categories. 

UK 2nd Class recorded signed for.

International Tracked and Signed (Europe, Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries) 

How long will it take?

For the UK, second class is 2-3 working days delivery time (not guaranteed) from the date of dispatch. 

Please also note that Saturday's and Sundays are not regarded as working days by Royal Mail.

International parcels can vary from 7-14 working days to Europe and three to four weeks to Zone 1 and 2. 

It is obvious but worth stating that if you give us an incomplete address or wrong address, you will not receive your parcel within the guide time. Please make sure the delivery details on your account are correct.

If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you. Please note: taxes/duties are calculated based on the original retail price of the items in your order and does not include any discounts or promotions.

Gift wrapping and packaging - Sorry, not currently offered.

Sizing details - Included in listings. (Check carefully. Contact if unsure)

Care instructions - Wash garments on cool temp (Sub 30°C + Sub 86°F) inside out. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Returns - Any returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
